We’ll also rely on you to ensure ITIL process ownership is in place and Service Management Process Maturity regular assessed, working where necessary with process owners to define and implement improvement action plans. Your aim? To ensure consistency in the way IT services are introduced, transitioned and managed. Taking ownership of the strategic development of a Service Management approach, you’ll work closely with DDTS senior leadership colleagues, and autonomously too.
